Yanna PapadodimitrakiSocial Science

Yanna is a researcher at the Centre for Criminal Justice Studies of the University of Leeds. She has work experience in criminal justice, both as a researcher and as a practitioner, during which she developed an interest in interdisciplinary research and research-practice collaboration. She has been involved in projects on cybercrime and cybersecurity, youth offending and offender rehabilitation (e.g. EPSRC, Consortia for Exploratory Research in Security – CEReS; Robertson Trust & Scottish Prison Service, Our Lives with Others: An evaluation of trauma, bereavement and loss developments at HMYOI Polmont; Big Lottery Fund, Evaluation of Salford Prison Project). In her current role, she is attached to the project “Combatting Criminals in the Cloud – CRITiCaL” funded by EPSRC, where she is exploring online transgression in United Kingdom and Greece.
